Every month of this engagement has moved the account forward — content and strategy work in April and May, the majority of the technical fixes shipped in June, and now in July we're implementing collection pages on the infrastructure that's ready, using a custom app we built to push changes faster, while the content team reviews the ~10 blogs already written.

May — strategy
Revenue-weighted priority analysis delivered — 7 years of Shopify order data joined to 18 months of Search Console and GA4 data — plus 20 new collection page opportunities mapped and sized.
June — the majority of the technical work
Homepage schema, GA4 shop conversion tracking, the staging site block, and the sitewide title format all shipped this month.
July — building on the infrastructure
Implementing the new collection pages now that the infrastructure is ready, using a custom app built this month to push changes faster. In parallel, going through the content strategy with the team to move the ~10 written blogs through review toward publish.
